.it's.baaaaccccccckk.

so the motivation is back in full swing. just in time with 15 days to go. woohoo! my training peaked last weekend at 20 miles, and surprisingly, it was one of my better runs...ever. i may be slow, but at least i feel like i can last for a long time.

last thursday was the nike run hit wonder. good times. the path got dangerous at times, since some of the street lights were out, but i made it thru without any injuries. that's my fear now. an injury.

work hasn't been too bad, although i've been slacking off majorly this entire week. i got a lot of stuff done today, at least. so the whole week wasn't a wash.

i think my subscription to US weekly ran out this week. i finally cancelled it. i thought i cancelled maxim also, but we just got another issue in the mail this week. i better not find a charge on my credit card, or else heads will roll.

not much planned for this weekend. hopefully just a lot of chillin out. maybe i can finally clean up my bedroom space. and desk. and pack some clothes up to give away. i think carsons is still accepting clothes for goodwill until the end of the month. i really need to do a fall cleaning...

last night was absolutely fab. annie & marcel are finally married! woohoo!!!!

i'll post some pics later, when i upload all the pics. and there are many of them...

there wasn't a dry eye in the church when annie walked down the aisle. you could hear all the sniffles on the alter where we sat and all around the church. thank god most of the bridesmaids brought 1 tissue up with them. very, very emotional. finally, after 10 years, they made it. and like annie said the night before, you could feel the love everywhere. the church, the streets of the loop as people clapped and yelled for us as we drove by in the double-decker bus, the reception, and into the night. this was one wedding i will never forget.
