cnn is reporting now that luther vandross has died. he was one of my all time favorite singers. it's so sad that he never fully recovered from his stroke...i know all his fans were waiting for him to come back, maybe even at some event, so that he could sing his heart out 1 more time in front of an audience.

we'll miss you, mr. vandross.
